Metal Foam
AluBone products resemble the structure of a human bone: solid shell filled with light but strong porous material, the metal foam. The shell protects the structure, determines the shape, creates opportunities of assembling; alternatively by screwing, riveting or adhesive bonding. The metal foam inside ensures the advanced mechanical properties.
There is perfect metallic bonding between shell and core because they are created in one step.

The know how is patented and the technology is under development by the cooperative effort of Admatis Ltd and Technoplast Ltd. The foaming equipment runs at our specialized facility, the experiments are under way. Aluminum prototypes are already available.
